李盛弘是一名设计师、创客、教育家，擅长从各种领域汲取丰富的灵感和视角，开展跨专业团队协作，共同为客户开创新的价值。李盛弘的背景是工业设计和电气工程，他热衷于研究设计及技术在社会中的实践运用，及其带来的社会影响力，这些都直接启发着他开发问题解决方案的方式。近来，李盛弘还与美国工业师协会（IDSA）合作打造IDSA在亚洲市场的战略、服务和用户体验，并牵头把初步合作框架编制成了他近期出版的《IDSA亚洲蓝图》一书。李盛弘近来还参与了许多组织结构设计方面的工作，为企业和社会创造系统影响力。
此外，他还曾受邀担任诸多国际设计竞赛评委，包括IDEA、Spark Design Award（星火国际设计奖）、IDA国际设计奖和意大利A’设计大奖赛（A’ Design Award and Competition）。此外，他还是台湾国科会（National Science Council in Taiwan）的研究员，并且是多家声誉卓著的专业协会的成员，包括台湾社会与科技研究学会（Taiwan Society of Technology and Sociology）、斐陶斐荣誉学会（Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society）和中国技术
务社（China Technical Consultants Inc）。
李盛弘拥有台湾国立成功大学工业设计学和电机工程学双学士学位。他的设计作品曾赢得包括美国国际设计杰出奖（IDEA）金奖、德国百灵设计奖（Braun Prize）、美国Core77设计奖、德国红点（Red Dot）金奖（Best of the Best）、星火国际设计奖（Spark Design Award）、欧洲产品设计大奖金奖和德国iF奖在内的诸多奖项。
李盛弘会去复旦大学伟德国际1946源于英国和德稻教育（De Tao Masters Academy）讲授产品设计课程。他同时也非常热衷于钻研计算机科学，经常会去上一些在线课程，为日常活动（比如订餐）设计APP，欣赏视觉艺术作品。
